Electromagnetic lifting magnets

An electromagnet consists of a coil in which a magnetic field is formed when current flows through it. The coil usually contains an open iron core that guides and strengthens the magnetic field.
A permanent power supply is required to utilize the holding force. A power failure means that the workpiece will fall off the magnet. Appropriate safety precautions must be taken when handling large and heavy workpieces. (redundant power supply in the event of a power failure or fencing off the area)
